Delete your data

You can delete everything socialteria.com stores about you at any time. Here are your options.

1. Delete it yourself (instant)

Log in, then go to Settings → Your data and click Delete my data to erase everything instantly.

2. Remove Facebook access

To revoke our access to your Facebook Pages/account: on Facebook go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Socialteria. When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us and we delete the tokens and data tied to that account automatically.

You can also disconnect any account inside the app at Settings → Connected accounts, which immediately deletes its stored (encrypted) token.

3. Request deletion by email

Prefer we handle it? Contact us from the email on your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Connected accounts and their encrypted access tokens.
• Your tool-run history and activity log.
• Usage/quota records and audit entries.
