Cancelling

Pro does not auto-renew — it is granted for the term you pay for and then expires on its own, so there is nothing to cancel. To keep Pro, renew from the Pricing page.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or something clearly did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right — typically a full or prorated refund to your original payment method.

Because Free covers most everyday use, we encourage you to try the free tools before upgrading so Pro is the right fit.

How to request

Email us via the contact form with the email on your account. PayPal refunds usually appear within a few business days; bank-transfer refunds are returned to your account.
