This policy explains what socialteria.com collects, why, and the control you have over your data.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and display name.
• Connection tokens: access tokens for Facebook Pages you connect, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Usage records: which tools you run and when, for quota and your activity log.
• Billing: handled by PayPal or bank transfer. For PayPal we store only a transaction reference; card numbers never touch our servers.

How we use it

Solely to operate the tools you ask for, enforce plan limits, keep an audit trail of actions taken on your behalf, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

Facebook (Meta) — for the API actions you initiate on your own Pages. PayPal — for payments you choose to make. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete all data we hold about you from Settings → Your data. Disconnecting a Facebook account revokes and deletes its stored token. Questions? Contact us.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your data anytime; some minimal billing records may be retained where required by law.
