Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

Socialteria provides tools that operate exclusively through official platform APIs on social media assets you own or administer. By using Socialteria you agree to the following.

Acceptable use

• You may only act on Pages, groups, and accounts where you hold the required role and have granted the corresponding OAuth permissions.
• All actions must comply with the platform's terms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, X Developer Agreement) and applicable law.

Prohibited use

• Scraping or harvesting other users' identifiers or personal data.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or engagement manipulation.
• Evading platform rate limits or anti-abuse systems, including account rotation.
• Claiming or acting on assets you do not own or administer.

Violations result in immediate suspension. We log all write actions in an audit trail.

Your data (GDPR)

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown in the UI.
• You can export your data or delete your account and all associated data at any time (WordPress → Tools → Export/Erase Personal Data).
